A teacher affects eternity, no one can ever tell where his influence stops. AVN Senior Secondary School, Faridabad, conducted a special morning assembly on this Teachers’ Day to acknowledge the teachers’ exceptional commitment to instil values and ignite passion in the young hearts as mentors and guides. The esteemed Principal initiated the morning assembly by paying tribute to Dr Sarvepalli Radha Krishnana distinguished scholar, philosopher and the second President of India, in whose honour this day is celebrated. Teachers recited the prayer in the morning assembly. After that the pupil teachers exhibited their respect by offering a rose bud to the teachers whom they impersonated for the day. Thereafter the pupil teachers took charge of all departments of the school and showed their efficiency and sense of responsibility. Through this, they also realised the sincere efforts put by the teachers to impart wisdom and life skills in them. In the afternoon, the management arranged a sumptuous lunch for the staff members to acknowledge their diligence and dedication. This generous gesture of the management was appreciated by all.
