Our Story
The journey of Pukhraj Garh began in 1982, when Late Shri Pukhraj Ji Prajapat started welcoming travellers to Salawas village and showing them the true beauty of rural Rajasthan. His dream was to share our culture, traditions and the simplicity of village life with the world.
In 1986, our village was honored by the visit of the Maharaja of Jodhpur, who appreciated our hospitality and traditions. This encouragement inspired us to keep this legacy alive.
Today, Pukhraj Garh – A Heritage House is run by our family, offering heritage stays, authentic food and cultural experiences to guests from across the globe.
